Shunlei Electric was established in 2005 and is a private enterprise. The factory is located in Liling City, Hunan Province, China. It was established in 2005 and obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2010, high-tech enterprise certification in 2017, and invested in building a new factory in Dongfu Industrial Park, Liling City in 2018. There are two production bases with a total area of 80 acres, a total of more than 100 employees, and an annual output value of more than 30 million.

The products are mainly exported to more than 30 countries and regions including the United States, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Italy, Turkey, South Korea and Southeast Asia.
